TRADITION

Ducts, Inc. was founded more than 30 years ago by Vincent and Sally Faraci. Although Vincent has since passed away, Sally still serves as the owner of Ducts, Inc. The company thrives today as a family-owned, family-run business that holds true to the commitment of providing precision services and quality workmanship. Whether doing a large or small job, the Ducts, Inc. Sharon Nichols

Sharon Nichols

President
Sharon Faraci Nichols graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 1999. Her father, the late Vincent Faraci, introduced her (along with her brother, David) to the HVAC industry, giving her a passion for the industry that landed her the position of  President of Ducts, Inc. She has assembled a professional, committed, and experienced team devoted to maintaining the glowing reputation that Ducts, Inc. has earned in The Valley of the Sun during the last three decades.

Keith Carney

Keith Carney

Project Manager
Keith Carney has been in the HVAC industry for 25 years, and with Ducts, Inc. for 19 years. Keith is a talented Project Manager, running crews of all sizes and working directly with engineers. His expertise ranges from servicing  units to dust collection and HVAC design. His certifications include respiratory, asbestos removal training, and hazardous chemicals. In addition, he has his mechanical journeyman’s license with the City of Phoenix. Keith is also highly skilled in F.R.P. duct for acid, rust stripper chrome and other chemicals.

Robert Zard

Robert Zard

Project Manager
Robert Zard has been in the HVAC sheet metal industry for over 26 years, and with Ducts, Inc. for 17 years. His experience includes  management of numerous projects. As a sheet metal specialist, Robert is highly qualified in the design and building of HVAC and dust collection systems and general sheet metal applications. He has a mechanical journeyman’s license with the City of Phoenix, and is certified in asbestos abatement and confined spaces.
