Sharon and Dustin Yates – Owners
As President of Ducts, Inc., Sharon (Faraci) Yates has kept the family legacy of Ducts, Inc. going for three generations, stemming from the origin of Faraci & Sons in New York under grandfather, Giuseppe Faraci, to the birth of Ducts, Inc. in Arizona in 1978 under her parents, Vincent and Sally Faraci. Sharon has always had a passion for working with people and the tenacity to run a business with integrity. Being that Sharon’s husband, Dustin, mirrors those values, he joined Ducts, Inc. to help create and cultivate a team that would embrace and grow this culture. Together, they fuel each other’s fire to continue to provide exceptional services and quality workmanship for our clients, and a safe and positive working environment for the Ducts, Inc. team.
Doug Beck – Dust Collection Sales/Estimating
Doug Beck is referred to as Ducts’ “Dust Collection Genius”. Doug’s years of expertise and commitment to safety, coupled with his ethics and integrity, is the necessary combination to create a solution to all of your dust collection needs that will keep both your facility and employees safe. Particulates ranging from wood, paper, pharmaceuticals, plastics, and even oil – whatever your facility manufactures, Doug will design a system custom to your facility’s needs and limitations.
Tom Fauth – Shop Manager
Tom Fauth has been an integral part of the Ducts, Inc. team since 1991. His experience, expertise, and wisdom in the art of metal fabrication are unmatched. His patience and desire to train a new generation is met with his crew’s thirst for knowledge, resulting in quality workmanship that is done with pride.
